PowerG IPP USA Inc., a newly established independent entity operating in the U.S. renewable energy market, is actively seeking utility-scale projects that are already permitted (NTP-ready or COD by 2026) to acquire and bring into construction.
PowerG IPP USA Inc. is a fully integrated IPP that brings together all key competencies for the development, construction, and long-term management of utility-scale solar power plants on a single platform:
- Development: in-house expertise in origination and permitting, leveraging the European experience of PowerG Srl;
- Finance: a team experienced in structuring complex transactions, including tax equity, project finance, and bridge loans;
- EPC and O&M: direct integration with CTW Inc., a U.S.-based technical partner with over 1 GW of projects built and managed.
This structure enables PowerG IPP USA Inc. to significantly reduce timelines, costs, and execution risks, offering a solid and well-organized industrial counterpart for acquiring, building, and owning renewable assets over the long term.
Focused on Strategic U.S. Markets and Permitted Projects
The team is actively evaluating projects larger than 20 MW in strategic markets (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, WECC), with a priority for permitted projects and those with PPA negotiations in advanced stages or already signed.
